This auditioned varsity mixed choir is for singers with well-developed tonal production, advanced proficiency in sight-reading, and an outstanding academic and citizenship record. Repertoire includes mixed choir literature as well as treble and tenor-bass choir selections. Membership in this ensemble requires attendance at rehearsals outside of class time, held weekly on Monday evenings. Concert Choir is an appropriate placement for singers with extensive choral experience and skill. Primarily for upperclassmen, sophomores may be placed in Concert Choir, as well. Scheduled for third period, it is primarily conducted by Mrs. Weeks, assisted by Mr. Jones.
