Allison Hester

Choreographer

Allison was born and raised in Abilene, attending schools in the Abilene Independent School District, graduating with honors from Abilene High School in 2013. While a student at AHS she was a four-year member of choir, a two-year member of Pure Gold Show Choir, and a four-year member of the Gold Rush Drill Team, earning the rank of Senior Lieutenant. She will graduate from McMurry University in December 2018 with a B.A. in History Education. She is currently employed by Abilene Performing Arts Company teaching Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, and Musical Theatre. During summer months Allison works with APAC in camp productions at the historical Paramount Theatre. In addition, Allison choreographs Eagle Revue for all Abilene High School choirs, performances for Pure Gold Vocal Ensemble’s Pure Gold Show and civic appearances, and routines for the Gold Rush Drill Team.
